Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
spacious balcony boat cruise
My room included a jacuzzi and separate bath. The balcony was spacious and tastefully decorated. The complimentary house boat cruise lasted 40 minutes in the evening (I enjoyed it very much!).

noisy room mould grout
I found my room location EXTREMELY poor. Windows were frosted since the room overlooked the kitchens, so YOU couldnt see out! The room was noisy. I kept getting woken up because of the kitchen staff moving things about and arriving and leaving in the EARLY hours. The bathroom was poor. The shower WASNT great, and I noticed mould in the grout so it needed a refurb.

excellent decor complimentary cruise helpful staff
i found the lobby decor to be very excellent. there were almost life-size elephants near the welcome arch. the hotel arranged a complimentary boat cruise in the backwaters followed by high tea. the staff helped with visits to nearby spots like jatayu adventure center, and i had no issues there.

the room was spacious with a jacuzzi. separate bath and toilet areas. bathroom accessories were of leela group brand. the balcony was large and tastefully decorated, with soothing interiors.

the hotel is set in nature directly on the ashtamudi lake banks. the lake view was beautiful, and the location provided a calm and scenic experience. the surroundings were aesthetically pleasing, reflecting the kerala style.

Really good Stay With Attentive Service
excellent staff comfortable beds helpful support customized meals
The rooms offer excellent comfort and cleanliness. Binil and Pramod provided very helpful support . Reception staff explained all resort facilities upon arrival and ensured we received the best care. The pool staff showed great dedication, and I would highly recommend this location for family staycations. The chef prepared custom meals for the baby, very thoughtful.
I noted a slight inconvenience related to channel availability on the TV, as most channels were not subscribed, and instructions for operating the TV were absent. This was a minor issue, but it affected the overall experience somewhat. the available channels were fine.

Fantastic stay!
spacious room nice porch boat tour
I found the room very spacious. It came with a nice porch facing the lake. The boat tour around the lake at 5 p.m. was good. It lasted half an hour. I ALSO enjoyed complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks at the main hall.
The swimming pool did seem slightly UNKEPT.

The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. They facilitated a quick check-in. The staff throughout the hotel demonstrated great service. Bijil Raj, Nandu, and the entire staff ensured all needs were promptly met.

the sunset cruise was a great experience (i quite enjoyed the views). seafood at the lakeside restaurant provided a very good experience. i especially found the lakeside restaurant's ambience peaceful, lake side restaurant
